Jonah has held various roles in facilities management, property maintenance, and project management. After moving to Dallas in 2015, Jonah spent the next three years underwriting hundreds of existing self storage and conversion opportunities across the South and Midwest.
In October 2020, Jonah and his partner co-founded Smartlock Self Storage®, which has grown to 10 locations and counting.
