Adam Wagner and his wife have lived in Texas since 1998. They own several different businesses and started their self-storage journey with a business partner in 2017. By using technology in every aspect of their company, they have been able to transform old “dumb” storage into easy-to-use “smart” storage, as well as build facilities from the ground up with technology at the center.
They are currently expanding their Longview, TX property with an additional three stories of smart storage, purchasing and expanding a property in Port Neches, TX and building a 138,000 sq ft smart property in Tyler, TX.
