Frazier started in the self storage industry in 2018. In his first nine months in the industry, he bought five storage facilities. He is continually buying bigger and growing his portfolio.
In 2019, Frazier started posting on TikTok and has made his content focused on the day-to-day of Self Storage and his systems and processes. Through his posts, Frazier has been able to amass over 400,000 followers. He has been invited to speak on multiple podcasts and has been able to meet many different individuals who are thriving in the Self Storage Industry.
