Together with his business partner, Ross McCallister, Ken is a founder and co-owner of MC Companies, which is a multifamily real estate investment company that owns over 10,000 units and employs over 300 people.

Ken is the author of numerous best-selling books The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing, The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing, The ABCs of Buying Rental Property, The ABC’s of Property Management, The Sleeping Giant, and Return to Orchard Canyon. As the Real Estate Advisor to Robert Kiyosaki of The Rich Dad Company, Ken is also a chapter contributor in the Rich Dad book, More Important Than Money: an Entrepreneur’s Team.
Never taking life for granted, Ken is passionate about giving back. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center and has created the Sharing the Good Life Foundation, which allows all MC Companies employees to join him in the pursuit of giving back to the community. Ken and his family reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he is probably mulling over a deal right this second.
