An industry storage veteran for 30 years, Andrew started in 1992 as an Area Manager and finished as the Chief Operating Officer for National Self Storage.
In 2004, he started Sierra Self Storage Consulting, LLC and A B Kelly Realty, LLC which covered all operational consulting and 3rd party property management of self-storage.

- Site and partner training

- Due diligence for buyers
- Expert witness for self-storage disputes
Mr. Kelly served 6 years as the vendor board member for Arizona Self Storage Association and currently serves as a Board Advisor for the New Mexico Self Storage Association.
