Working in partnership with BSC Group clients, Devin arranges commercial property debt and equity financing solutions for the entire capital stack.
Devin's financing expertise and advisory services span all commercial property types with a specific focus on self-storage. He is also a contributing author to several real estate trade publications, and a guest presenter and panelist at tradeshows and seminars nationwide.
Prior to helping found The BSC Group, Devin was a Senior Vice President at Beacon Realty Capital. He has also worked for the following companies:
- GE Commercial Finance Business Property
- Heller Financial
- Arthur Andersen’s Transaction Advisory Group
Devin received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
