Co-Founder/President of Cedar Creek Wealth and the Owner/CEO of Keylock Storage, Ron has been an influential leader in the storage industry for over 17 years. He has served on the Store Local Cooperative Board of Directors during the early critical years of guiding them to financial success in addition to having served as chair of the Idaho Self Storage Association.
Ron brings critical value to the team with an impressive 38 years of growing successful businesses including his current employee benefit, brokerage and consulting firm, Clearwater Benefits. Where he specializes in designing and implementing employer-sponsored health insurance plans for large private businesses, public entities, and non-profit organizations.
For 5 consecutive years Ron’s previously founded company, Western Benefit Solutions, made the top 10 list by the prestigious trade publication Business Insurance as Most Productive Employee Benefits Brokerage Firm in the United States. Western Benefit Solutions grew to be the largest brokerage firm in Idaho and one of the largest private firms in the Northwest before selling to Arthur J Gallagher in December 2012.
Ron, Keylock Storage, and the Cedar Creek Wealth team have since grown their self storage portfolio to currently include 13 facilities consisting of over 1 million square feet and are on track to expand to over 15+ facilities in 2021.
